Other Fees:
Trip charges for traveling over 50 miles from Los Angeles, Calif. are as followed. 51 to 80 miles: $35.00
81 to 128 miles: $50.00. All trip charges may be billed separate from cappuccino rental charges.
Overtime rate over and above the set hours are as followed $100.00 per hour per station.
Staff Attire
•Tuxedo – black tuxedo pants, black jacket, black bow tie, white tuxedo shirt, black shoes
•White Bristo – black dress pants, white long-sleeved shirt with pressed collar, long black tie, long black apron
•Black Bristo – black dress pants, black long-sleeve shirt with pressed collar, long black tie, long black apron
•Formal Black Bristo – same as “all black” with black or colorful tie
•Khaki Bistro – khaki pants, white long-sleeve shirt with pressed collar, long black tie, black shoes, long white apron
•Khaki Bistro Picnic – khaki pants or shorts, white polo shirt, white sneakers
•Hawaiian – black or khaki pants with a Hawaiian print shirt
•Informal – black pants, black polo shirt, black shoes

What we require:
The following should be provided in advance of scheduled set-up time. • 6-foot skirted table or similar presentation area
• 110-Volt 20 Amps of dedicated electricity drawn to service area
• We will provide paper & plastic for the event, but if you wish to use Glass or Ceramic Cups, Saucers and Spoons you
will have to make arrangements ahead of time with your rental company.
